Showcase your organization’s expertise with a non-ACE presentation in a theater located in Connections Central. Engage healthcare professionals with clinically focused content in a high-traffic, professional setting. Ideal for product demos and clinical discussions, Industry Education Workshops offer direct access to Congress attendees and can be recorded. Multiple time slots are available.

The workshop recording will be included in Congress Digital and added to the SCCM YouTube Industry Partner Resources playlist to broaden reach.

This opportunity includes:

  • 60-minute presentation slot scheduled during designated lunch hours. Luncheon sessions consistently attract high attendance and strong engagement.
  • Lunch for attendees

Signage and promotion:

  • Listing on the Congress event website and app

Promotion within Congress-related digital marketing materials:

  • Various on-site signage, including signage outside Connections Central (Exhibit Hall)
  • One sign with session details placed in your exhibit booth
  • One sign with session details placed outside the Industry Education Workshop Theater
  • Signage displaying the schedule for the Industry Education Workshop Theater placed throughout Connections Central (Exhibit Hall)
  • Congress attendee mailing list provided to the sponsor

Recorded materials:

  • The recorded session will be distributed via Congress Digital and available publicly on the Industry Partner Resources Playlist on SCCM’s YouTube channel.
  • The availability of recorded sessions will be promoted quarterly through SCCM’s marketing and communication channels.

Additional promotion (e.g., preconference mailer, hotel door drop, food availability) of the Industry Education Workshop (IEW) is strongly recommended and is the sole responsibility of the sponsor. Content requires advanced approval by SCCM for each session. IEW sessions do not provide ACE credit. Workshop content must be interactive and scientifically current.

Program details are due by February 6, 2026, to ensure inclusion in the Congress Special Events and Sessions Brochure, which will be posted online in late January or early February.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do the speakers need badges to enter the IEW Theater?
The IEW Theaters are located in Connections Central (Exhibit Hall). Everyone needs a badge to enter. Speakers can be registered as part of your booth staff or they can be registered for a Connections Central (Exhibit Hall) only badge.

Are we allowed to scan badges for IEW attendees?
Yes, you can option a lead retrieval device to capture attendee leads at your event. Lead retrieval options and fees can be found in the exhibitor service manual, which will be available September 10, 2025.

What else is needed for the IEW Theater?
Remind the presenters to bring their presentation/slides on a USB thumb drive or on their own computer. A technician will be available within the theater.
If your presentation includes a video, please ensure that the video can play. There is no Wi-Fi in the theater unless it is ordered in advance.
